David runs the day-to-day business at Robelia with overall responsibility for the acquisition of new sites, project management and interior design through to the eventual sale of each property. He has built up a wealth of contacts in both residential and commercial property across Prime Central London (PCL) in his 15 years operating in the area. This network gives Robelia a competitive advantage when it comes to acquisitions and sales. He also has a keen interest in interior architecture and design and has a great eye for making traditional spaces work as homes for the modern city resident.
David began developing in 2008 with his first purchase made at auction. To date, he has been responsible for over 50 projects, all within PCL. He is supported by a tight network of builders, contractors, architects, surveyors and solicitors who he has worked with for a number of years.
